People who survive mass shootings often have a need for long-term counseling, an unfortunate reality that has become all-too-evident to mental health providers throughout the U.S. While there is often significant support immediately following an event, the sad reality is that the long-term needs of survivors are often forgotten. This will not happen in Boulder.
