An art journal is a visual diary; it is completely customizable and often combines elements of writing, drawing, painting, and collage. Art journaling as a self-care practice can support your healing, growth, and wellness. The BSRC provides supplies, including a blank journal, to all participants. During meetings, a suggested prompt is provided, along with ample time for artistic expression. We hope to see you there!
